Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the tools or accessories you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all batteries, chargers, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
